With a shared passion for the HR field and its many facets, we started envisioning a world where HR services and strategies are simple and impactful, rather than just boxes to tick or overly bureaucratic processes that everyone ends up resenting. 

We also wished for these kinds of services to become available and affordable to anyone, including small and mid-sized businesses, in need of HR support, but with fewer time and money resources at their disposal.

At some point during this conversation, we thought: Why don’t we just make it real? And so, we did. 

In the fall of 2024, we started drafting plans and articulating the concept of fractional HR work, and thus, HR Elephant was born.
